Phoenix-based Modly is adding a Video Editor/Motion Designer to the team. We’re a group of fun creatives who love what we do and how we do it!
Our ideal candidate will:
-Work closely with our graphic designer, copywriter, project manager, account executives and creative director to meet the video objectives of a diverse set of clients, ranging from entertainment and hospitality to transportation and energy
-Maintain video brand standards while pushing the boundaries of creative thinking
-Produce the highest quality video across media ranging from broadcast and web video to social media, digital ads, and more
-Be a team player with the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment

Supports the creative team by producing a wide variety of video content and motion design for broadcast & web campaigns.
Responsibilities Include:
- Shooting and editing video for broadcast and web
- Motion design for broadcast, web, and large format digital signage
- Handle multiple, fast-paced projects and adhere to strict deadlines
- Absorb and apply feedback from peers and clients
- Ensure quality control measures are met prior to the release of projects
Skills and Abilities Requirements:
- 5+ years relevant work experience
- Proficient in Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Ability to operate a video camera and have strong lighting and sound recording abilities
- Understand color correction and sound design
- Strong animation fundamentals and skills
- Working knowledge of Cinema 4D, VFX, or character rigging and animation in After Effects is a plus
- Ability to collaborate on video storyboards and script development
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Close attention to detail
- Work well under pressure
